Think about these questions… 

Are you looking after your major clients as well as you should?  How much time and effort would it take for you to win enough fees to replace one of your Top Ten clients?  How many of your competitors are trying to erode your share of these clients?  Could successful partners and teams grow others into “Top Ten” clients?  How are client expectations changing and what do key decision-makers think of your service? Does your CRM system help or hinder and how could it be improved?

These and other questions are dealt with when we work with firms on their client relationship plans and programmes.  Often our work starts with client and competitor intelligence gathering (we regularly interview senior management in major companies).  We may then help with the key client programme, working closely with and/or coaching client partners and teams.
