Two things matter hugely in professional services.  Firstly, attracting and retaining the most profitable clients.  Secondly, attracting and retaining the best talent.  These are only achievable if clients, recruits and employees consistently prefer your brand (defined as what the firm stands for and the way you all behave and work) to your competitors’. 

So - far from being a “fluffy intangible”, brand is often an organisation’s most valuable asset and it presents some hard nosed commercial challenges.  Partnerships often find their brand hard to define.  We work with partnerships to clarify, articulate and help define their values and their brand.  We then help to engage partners and staff in the process of living them.
