Many fee earners lack confidence in undertaking client/ business development and selling activity, despite the fact that these things now feature in most partner and fee earner appraisals and promotion criteria.
Coaching is often the most effective way of working with partners, and three of our team are qualified coaches. Clients also involve us in workshops, conferences and retreats, alongside our work on their BD and client development training programmes.
